To anyone and everyone reading this, if you are looking for reasons to consider Weelee. Just DO IT! I loaded my car to them on Thursday, watched live how they got the best price for my car, the next day I was already in contact with the dealer who was willing to give me the most, after inspection was done at the dealership and my final offer was received I Accepted it with a smile with and had nothing but excellent service. Weelee was following up with me every day to make sure there is no hassle, thank you Courtney. When I Dropped my car at the dealership the money was in my account before the end of the day. 11/10 - Would use no one else.
This courier company handled my order from Loot.co.za and I am amazed at how quick they were to get my package to my remote area, My purchase was made yesterday and their courier delivered it to volksrust the next day, which is a first for me while living here. Thanks to Bongani at Newcastle branch for his outstanding service to my questions i had today, it was only a pleasure to talk to him and the effort he put into assisting me.
I have never bought from them before, only went on the good word of one of my trusted friends, and all I can say is "exceptional!" I placed my order for my Corsair Void RGB elite headset on 28/06/2021, that afternoon i was already given a tracking number to say Loot has attended to my order and it has been loaded by the couriers. who will handle the delivery to my remote area (volksrust) and it arrived today! one day later on 29/06/2021, thanks Loot.co.za for the awesome service and incredible deal on my purchase. would recommend everyone to have a look.
<p>MTN in my opinion is Pathetic, My phone was stolen last week Tuesday, Thursday I got all the documents i needed to do a sim swop on behalf of my father who is the contract holder, , after Head office said everything is fine, The Declaration letter along with ID's and so on, is acceptable. The reason being that i live in Volksrust 270km away from my father, After the Sim Swop has been done Just after 1PM in Volksrust MTN, I was told "2-24 hours for a Sim Swop" 2 DAYS LATER in went to MTN with a bunch of excuses not being able to follow up on my SIM Swop due to head office under Renovations, After a few calls, I found out that MTN still had a department that could answer queries, Waited until Monday Morning, Was told a Query will be opened and will take ANOTHER 2-24 hours, IT IS NOW WENSDAY, 2 days later, AND STILL NOTHING, Nobody knows what is going on, only that something went wrong due to MTN in Volksrust shows my sim swop as processing, and head office does not see any request for a Sim Swop on my number, IT HAS BEEN A WEEK IN TOTAL, MTN has not offered ANY solutions, Reimbur*****t for the +- R140 that it cost me, And I am sitting without my number, unable to Receive OTP’s, Losing Client’s and Business making them wait. When am I getting my SIM Activated, THIS IS PATHETIC! Is this how customers are treated coughing up Thousands of Rands per month to MTN</p>
