Please steer absolutely clear of this company. Regardless of when you pay them they tend to suspend service on 3rd of the month. I remain on hold for about 20-45 minutes each time. They charge R100 reconnection fee. I paid FNB to FNB on 26th and was disconnected on 3rd. You have been warned. This company is the absolute pits!!
False Advertising- ordered wine coloured sofa. I received a brown sofa and was gaslit that they are the same colour but a subtle variation. Complete time wasters. Misled for months. I experienced them as gangsters to be frank.
Owner called Innocent came. Battery charging system was broken. He advised me that battery needed to be changed. Bought a new battery, took my old battery (to get a refund on it) and then left. 2 days later and s****** was broken again as battery charging system was broken. I called Innocent and he said he fixed bike and it was not his problem. Buyer beware.
