Horrible customer experience. My router is still not working post 3 days of arrival and the fact that the sim card has been registered. I have been pushed around MTN customer care, Rewards and Mondo, none of which are able to help. I have never experienced such poor customer care. I actually regret buying the month to month router, its a ****. I would have given no star if I could.
I'm so disappointed. I've been receiving poor communication ever since I opted for a refund for a faulty item that was sent to me. Over the past three weeks I've been getting the same message when I call the online store, that the matter has been escalated, that I'd get a call from the accounts section to no avail. After having complained about my claim for tyres and rims, budget decided to reevaluate my claim and paid me the entire amount that is required for my tyres. I'm forever grateful to Budget insurance. It gives us hope to see an insurance company that still cares for customers and service delivery in South Africa.
I'm not happy with the claims processes. I recently claimed for tyres which cost R8200, and I was only given R1500. That's a drop in the ocean. Yet I've been paying for the policy for over 3 years.
I'm the latest victim, I bought Sneakers on the 26/11/2022, which never arrived and there was no tracking number sent to me. Do not be fooled by the fact that there is a number that you can call on the site, because after a while of calling to ask about your order the scammer (site owner) stops responding. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. IT IS A SCAM! The positive reviews about the site are FAKE to lure unsuspecting buyers. Spread the word!!
<p>Towards the end of the July 2016 (25th ()there were floods in Durban, my car was a victim of the flooding. The engine of the car got exposed to the rain. I would have thought floods were a natural disaster. The insurance company is very disappointing. My premiums were paid up and are still paid up. This is very concerning to loyal customers. Now I am stuck with a written off car?? Like this insurance company is not considerate at all!</p> <p> </p>
