I would strongly discourage anyone from doing business with these people. Our experience with them has been nothing less than *****ulent. From the start it was clear that they did not care about the renter at all. The day we were supposed to move in they neglected to tell us that the previous tenants could only vacate the next day which meant we wasted a trip from Nelspruit and had to return with our belongings all packed up. After moving in the place was left to us in very poor condition, walls had water damage, paint was chipping off, doors were broken, cupboards smelled horrible, brains smelled of sewage and a littetal heap of trash was left on the lawn. Of course my dogs tore the trash bags and the entire place was under garbahe that we had to clean and drive away by trailer. There has been numerous times that they neglected to pay rates and we couldn't buy electricityas well as didn't inform us about an upgrade done that re****ed in the same. We requested the property be fixed especially the walls and broken dustbin drawer, but the only things fixed were the the doors then there wasn't any further communication. We decided to move out as our experience was really nit one to enjoy, not for the price of rent. So because we broke contract and moved out at 5 months the held back 25% of the deposit, doesn't matter that their absolute lack of service was the reason for our noving. 2 weeks after moving out we asked what's happening with the deposit, when we were informed that they are keeping an extra 4100 for repairs on the walls that we littetally asked them to repair for 5 months! I have neven been this flabbergasted at the absolute atrocities of these people. Please save yourself the heartbreak and just steer clear. If anything good has come from this it's that one person was saved from going through this experience
Since I've taken out the contract there has been non stop problems that just NEVER gets sorted out. Even though I've been paying for it i haven't been able to make ANY phone calls or send messages, as it's a contract i can't even load airtime for emergencies. I've phoned and mailed so many times ive lost count, it's always that a technician will get back to me but that never happend, so I've resorted to lending a phone when having to make calls. I was so excited when my two years of this horrible contract was over so i could finally cancel (they make it extremely difficult to cancel) and requested that it just be taken to prepaid and they just immediately disconnected my number, even though I'm still paying for a month of service, now I'm sitting with the problem that delivery personel and my doctor can't get hold of me. To say I'm frustrated is an extreme understatement.

They agreed and no sim card was recieved, yet for 5 months now they have still been debiting my account. I have phoned numerous times as well as emailed, been to 2 diffrent mtn stores, even reported them for fraud.</p> <p>After I reported it and they again assured me that the contract is in cancelled, but then it was debited again. Since then I had to lock them from my bank account. I have tried to get this refunded but it seems impossible as everyone just transers you, some tell me that i have to be helped by the person that opened the contract but that person has never been available for me to talk to.</p> <p>I have been promised 3 times that they are working on it now and will contact me back, but that never happened.</p> <p> </p> <p>My advice would be to never give these people any information, it just turns into a nightmare.</p>
