If there was a star with a minus in front of it, this organisation would get a -5 star rating. They are extremely unethical, seem to set out to prey on older people and their one representative - Jennifer Chetty - is particularly unethical, deceptive and arrogant. Do NOT give them any authorisation to take money from your credit card or account. It will not be refunded if you have been sold any of their so-called travel packages and you then try to get out of the sale. (The Consumer Protection Act doesn't seem to exist in their view.) We had to have my father-in-law's bank card stopped in order to stop their "selling" him new packages every few months. Thank heavens Nedbank took the time to listen to our story and take the evidence we presented them with seriously. Thank you Nedbank.
<p>I will never, ever use Tripsta online bookings again! As the name says - they trip you up! I booked a flight from Jhb - Kimberley - Jhb. The return was meant to be on the same day. Inadvertently booked same day, but one month ahead. Cannot get hold of them by email or phone. No point in trying to. Phone cuts you off after telling you phone no. you entered into system is 'unknown' and email simply sends a 'we've received... here is your confirmation no.' but 4.5 hours later still no contact. Also, small print says R740 charge for cancellations!</p>
