If everything works, it is great. But wait till you need Afrihost to figure something out then it is a nightmare. They may be fast on their WA client service. But the one hand has no clue what the other hand is doing. Had to migrate my line after many years with AFRIHOST. They insisted on the assumption that the new property has an active line that needed to be cancelled first. I explained to them over and over and over, on WA, with diff technicians, on different email addresses that there are 3 lines on the property and that they have to make sure they refer to the correct line. But to no avail. Keep on blaming me. I cancelled my service and had my line active with another ISP quickly. But still got billed for an extra month. And guess what? No response regarding my query regarding the bill.
<p>Firstly signing a contract went along with a lot of misinformation and lies.</p> <p>On cancelling the contract the owner's business approach was arrogant and dismissive.</p> <p>The company continued with their debit order even after the cancellation of the contract.</p> <p>Be very very wary of this gym. Lack of not only integrity but also lack of taking responsibility.</p>
