Zero after sales service!
Since day one my experience with this company has been dismal. From the start I was mislead about terms and conditions. The unit is faulty nearly 2 years later but I have to fix it seeing you are only covered for 1 year. I speak to an agent and a minute later I get an email saying that they couldn't reach me. I can't wait for the end of this contract and then never do business with them again. Useless after sales service from Cartrack!?

Cartrack misleading claims
I fitted Quick Plus Wireless unit to my new car on 26 October 2019. I chose this option because I was told you can track your own car on the internet. After the fitment it took a few days to get this system working. Once it was working I found it to be absolutely useless as you can't pinpoint your vehicle, it only give an approximate location which often doesn't include the actual position. Totally useless in short. I phoned client service on 6 November 2019 and they just shrugged their shoulders and said if I don't like it I can pay R2680 to buy myself out of the contract. They didn't even try to resolve the problem. Tracker for the same money has an app to pinpoint your car and works 100%. I am sorry I didn't go with them again.
