I changed my package in June with a new monthly amount of R1270pm. Telkom has changed me R2000pm ever since, They acknowledged the problem for one month and credited me, and then over charged me July, August, September, October, and November. The best part is, I cancelled the service on 26 September for end October, and they still keep on billing me and don't cancel the service. I logged multiple disputes with them, and they just keep on rejecting it on the system. All I want is that TELKOM 1.) Cancel the service (backdated as per my original cancelation) 2.) Credit my account with the overcharge as per our contract that states that I get a gated community discount and correct the invoices. But that is too much to ask
I have installed a MTN Fibre to the home line at a rental property in the beginning of 2017. Because its a rental I chose the month to month option, which meant I had to pay for the installation and buy a router from them. I was provided with detail to use the MTN app. I decided to move in September, and cancelled my service on the app the first week of September. Please note, the App doesn't differentiate between cancelation options, just to stop the service. My Monthly renewal date is 21st of each month. As confirmed by the App and the latest email from them. The contract end date is stated as Feb 2017. So yes its month to month. I have since been charged fully for the next month renewal and the monies collected from my bank account. Here us the run around mtn is giving me. I didnt cancel the full service, just my bundle. (They charged me anyway so how does that work?) Since told they will cancel the service but only from 28 October. Now been told that cancellation wasnt process I need to email a new cancellation kation request to them and it will carry a new 30 day cancellation period. Oh, and suddenly nothing was cancelled not even my bundle. Appartly there is no such function on the app. Best of all, the app clearly now states that I have no subscription, so nothing talk to each other. And they are giving me the run around as no one can get to phone me as per my request to the call centre, recorded by them on 28 September. Month to month? More like we've got you and we'll make it as difficult as possible to get out. Poor call center people need to deal with a business with bad business practices.
<p>Short version: They came to repair two fridges at my home 24 June, but didn't have the equipment needed so returned 27 June whilst I was away on holiday. After the job was done I got a phone call to state they repaired both fridges and was asked "when will you pay us". I saked them to leave the invoice and I'll arrange payment within the week. I got a whatsapp an hour later asking "what time can I expect the payment"</p> <p>I paid an hou and a half later. When I arrived home 30 June, I noticed the smaller fridge was not working and contacted them, I requested that they come and complete the job on which I received the reply "ok", 5 July I again asked, and was told"Can I call you tomorrow" which never happened.10 July, asked again, no reply. 18 July I requested my money paid for the job to be refunded, no reply. 20 July still no response, so I notified them that I'll be posting a negative rating on their service, reply I'll send the money tomorrow". 25 July, still nothing, hence the report.</p> <p> </p> <p>These guys first of all does not look the part, it's a mickey mouse outfit who does not do the job they get paid for, have no regard for their so called clients. I'm still awaiting the invoice.</p> <p>It's a hit and run outfit, rather get a reputable company and wait a week for the service but get it done.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE NEVER TO ALLOW THESE GUYS ON YOUR PROPERTY, YOULL REGRET IT AFTERWARDS.</p>
