<p>I have a contract from Telkom Mobile that allows me 1500 minutes and 3000 minutes Telkom to Telkom as well as 20MB data a month. My previous contract was 500 minutes and 2mb - 1 + 1 - I never ever went over this limit in all the time I had this contract - that was 2 years! With the Telkom contract I have somehwo managed to use up all 20MB, I have used all the airtime ..besides the Telkom to Telkom. I then phoned Customer Care to ask them to add Itemised Billing, only to be told that if I require this, I need to call every month and request it!! I am astounded! I cannot believe that a so-called progressive company like Telkom cannot provide me with this every month without me having to phone Customer Care and then still wait for 13 minutes, as I did, to get what is required. And just fyi - I have still not recieved this information at the time of writing this!! Come on telkom wake up - every other mobile operator has this feature! What on earth am I paying for! Oh hang on - I don't actually know because I can't see what I'm paying for!!!</p>
<p>I recently had a bad experience with a useless panelbeater and my car eventually ended up at Cranbourne Panelbeaters. The difference between the previous panelbeater (of which I will write a review) and Cranbourne was like chalk and cheese! I was treated with respect and the work they did was outstanding! My car truly looks like a new car. I did not have to go there and worry about checking whether there would be anything wrong or hidden or scratched etc etc. The work done was truly professional and was right first time. I could not fault anything. I own an expensive car and I expect the work on my car to be excellent - it really was and I will definitely use them again if need be! To anyone looking for a decent honest panelbeater please consider using Cranbourne as they are definitely a cut above.</p>
<p>I am a Private Wealth client with FNB. I pay a "mere" R419 for this priveledge. I should supposedly get very good service with this Premier package. So far I have had to fight for loans, fight for interest rates with these loans and generally it has not lived up to what it is supposed to be. Premier clients apparently can change banks, get loans etc etc 24/7 as a banker is always available - according to your ads! I recently needed a guarantee on a bond as I needed to put down a deposit for a place I am buying. I was told that "unfortunately that department is closed"! So instead of getting a good interest rate on the total amount sitting in my savings account, I had to accept a much lower interest rate in the attorneys trust account on my deposit amount. I am exceptionally annoyed by this as I now lose money - and this all because I would have had to wait for the department concerned to get back from their holiday! While I accept that everyone deserves a holiday, please do not advertise your service as 24/7 when it in fact is not! To add to this, while doing an application for a bond - I have been with FNB for about 30 years or so - I was declined a bond! Standard Bank however were happy to give me one - and that with a below prime rate! FNB you clearly do not want my business! I have bought 4 houses, more cars and motorbikes than I can think of, and never ever missed a payment ever on any of these! I feel I have been a great customer but I'm afraid you clearly no longer are a great bank. I will have to take my business elsewhere.... </p>
