This business is actually pathetic. Communication is minimal, I'm still waiting for a product that I ordered in the first week of December. Unfortunately, even small businesses need to be accountable otherwise make it known that products ordered will take over a month to arrive
Kadhija was absolutely incredible. So friendly and kind, with thorough explanations of everything that insuring my pet would entail. An absolute pleasure to deal with!
Placed an order with Woolies Dash. Driver "tried to phone" and then took the order back to the shop without any notice to myself. I was offered a cash refund or voucher. Opted for a voucher as it would be given "faster". It's two weeks and I am still waiting. I will be laying a case at the police for theft.
Cancelled a contract with 1st for woman, which cost me over R100 in airtime because they take so long to just transfer you over to anyone and then I was still debited the amount after being told I would not be. The general consensus is "please send an email". Great. That would work if anyone actually responded! What a joke.

I have been disappointed multiple times by this company. I understand being a small business but at some point you either need to employ more staff or start turning orders down so that the products can actually make it out. Its been almost two weeks now of a promise every day that my package will definitely be delivered the next day. First day when there was no delivery there was no communication from this business. The next couple of days I received messages stating my package would definitely be delivered first thing in the morning. Then the driver is stuck in traffic somewhere and oh today the driver can't go here because of the strikes. The excuses are neverending. What irritates me even more is that they are constantly posting on Facebook trying to get more business when they can barely keep up with the business that they currently have!!
Ordered a customised wallet from Houterasies and they exceeded all expectations. Also delivered so quickly!
This company promises so much but delivers basically nothing. We are without internet every 3 days for multiple days at a time, this time for 7 days now. They hardly answer their phones, and when they do, they don't offer any feedback.
<p>Three days since my original post and I'm still in the same place. Waiting for authorization. I LITERALLY cannot move the bottom half of my body! I need to get to a hospital. Which I am ENTITLED TO! I pay my monthly premiums. Ive done everything that was asked of me! Momentum honestly does not seen to care one but about their clients well being!</p>
