Poor service, the person stand on a quie, just for collection for 5hrs
<p>I ordered a fireplace together with my colleague at Buco Wonderboom branch on the 6th Jul. On that particular day there were no stock. The salesman named Thomas promised us our fireplaces Thursday of the following week. The promised deadline passed without any update from Thomas. To my surprise, my colleague was being updated, & even got her fireplace. Then I called Thomas to enquire about my order, he promised me my order by the end of the week, which was now the 2nd week from ordering, he even promised to call me before end of day. Guess what, he ddn't call. Third week I called, the usual story was told, using words like definitely Wednesday & he will call by the end of the day, as usual he never called. At no given time has Thomas called me, for an update as promised when ordering. Then today, the 28th, I went there for a refund as agreement was not honored, then the cashier told me that I will get my money in more than 7 days. I was upset then the manager also couldn't help. I feel belittled & disrespected </p>
