I ordered stuff online. Received an Order Number and since then i have received no correspondence. I tried calling the head office number - no answer. You spend 15 to 20 minutes waiting on the line only to start all over again. I have sent repeated emails and again ABSOLUTELY no response. Surely the CPA protects us against this kind of service. This is both shocking and horrible.
I complained just last month about my telkom connection and yet again it has happened. Account paid in full. Yet no connection on wifi. Last month after 1 hour on a call which cost R300 might even be more - I finally got it sorted. If you cannot provide the service you promise to clients then send me a refund of my premiums paid.
