This is why I am moving to a new service provider!!! This is my second account I am closing with Rain. I phoned on the 21st of June to cancel my account with rain and apparently they work in arrears so I had to pay end of June for another month, according to my understanding for June. Yesterday, 11 July I received a message to say my account is in arrears. I don't even know how it is possible if rain works on a debit order??? I immediately phoned rain they reassured me my account is up to date and no outstanding balance, and also confirmed that the account has been cancelled and no debit order will be taken end of July. Today 12 July, I get a call to tell me AGAIN about an outstanding amount and that my account is NOT CANCELLED??? How and who is operating this business if the employees never talk the same language? Then the person on the line tells me they will call me before month end to confirm.... month end is too late!!! Can someone get back to me ASAP!
This wedding boutique has so much potential but the WORST service. Moved our wedding from last year to this year April. Paid in an extra amount as I wanted to choose choose different dress. The last 2 fittings of my wedding dress was a complete disaster, they canceled appointments with excuses arising all the time. Week before the wedding, finally got to fit my dress and to take measurements! The seamstress was an hour late after moving my appointment twice!! When the dress arrived it wasn't even the color they said its going to be. They received the dress back on time but now ignoring me to pay back the holding deposit. There is absolutely wrong with the dress as I bought an extra one to wear during the reception, so I didn't even wear it for the whole function! I don't even want to give them 1 star!!! Their service are terrible!!!! Clients pay on time and don't complain about their prices BUT they cannot keep their end of the deal! They do not deserve to be in this industry!!
