My wife has mobicred, and 8 months ago there was ***** detected on her acc, a sim swop was done on her sim and the *****sters gained access to her mobicred acc on takealot.. she reported this and a ***** case was opened... the ***** case it seems is not coming to an end and her acc is blocked. we are now asked to pay amounts into the account to keep it up to date, but cant tell us how much credit was used by the *****sters, cant tell us what the monthly payment has to be, cant telll us how far along the ***** case is, cant give us a settlement amount, nothing, all we are being told is to make sure we do monthy payments via EFT as the account is blocked.. so looks to me like all they are worried about is their monthly payments, but that is about to stop now as we have stopped paying the account and will start paying again when they have finished with their so called investigation, the same investigation that cant tell us any outcomes thus far, cant tell us the amounts ******, cant tell us how much our acc is outstanding, cant tell us how long we must still wait or pay the account for... oh and for credit report threats, no biggie to us.... the monthly instalments is in our account, we just not going to pay it over until mobicred employees stops being useless and starts giving us proper answers... next stop ombudsman.... there after lawyer....

Love the atmosphere at ja*** in port shepstone, and hands down best pizza... we always go to the south coast for our annual holiday and make a point to always visit ja*** restaurant..
my wife and i frequently visit eish in secunda, and have never had a bad experience there... food is always great, service with a smile and an all round amazing atmosphere... eish will always be my go to restaurant for any occasion ..

i tried to contact NETSTAR several times, only to be placed on hold and the phone being hung up after 20mins of holding, ive used the whatsapp contact info to request to be called back by almost all the departments, still no one has called me... my car has been broken for 3 months now, standing at the renault dealership in weltevreden park, they have tried everything to ghet my car fixed and have now resorted to having the NETSTAR tracker intallation checked, but they would like for a netstar rep to contact them, but it seems netstar is refusing to contact them, the more i ask the more i get ignored.. i have been trying to pay up my loan account for the last 4 days now, i want a settlement amount and acc details, but everytime i phone im met with with some automated response to enter my id number, and then im told that they are experiencing high call volumes and i get disconnected ( high call volumes? everyday? for the last 4 days? every hour?).. i eventually got through to talk to a human being, only way i could get through was by choosing option 3 (apply for a new loan), then there is no high call volumes nothing, call is picked up within seconds, but then im transfered to accounts department were im on hold for 20 odd minutes, and then disconnected... so next step i suppose would be to stop paying, and wait for them to call me, then tell them im experiencing high call volumes keep them on the line for 20 mins and then hang up... for 4 days straight
so for about 3 years now i have used Q4U secunda for my 2 cars, and all went well up until i tried to get my cars licence disk done again.. i made the appointment for the 23rd of December, paperwork was picked up as per usual... the next day i recieved a whatsapp saying the licence was done and would be delivered.... my licence however was delivered on the 3rd of January ( not too much of a problem for me tho)... when the licence disk was delivered i was informed the person doesnt have my change with them.. i asked on whatsapp what is going on and was informed that my change would be paid over via EFT, i sent my banking details through and was told it would be done immediately, it is now the 12th of January and still haven't gotten my change yet, no is answering on whatsapp and no 1 is answering their phones at Q4U... i have already informed friends and family members who also use Q4U's service and was told they too have experienced similar problems but also only recently... unsure if there are new owners or what has changed, but their service went from excellent to well basicly just stealing money.
