Q4U-MP Cindy and Johnny from White River, Mpumalanga does not respond to messages and I am still waiting for my refund. I will be going to the authorities to open a case if the refund has not been made by 8 June 2023. I had to save up a handsome amount for their services and everytime there is additional documents they require which was not requested at the time of the quotation and payment I made to them.

I used this service for the past 3 years. I bought a new vehicle in 2022 and destroyed the license disk by accident. I enquired about obtaining a new disk. I was helped and 2 days later I received the replacement disk via a courier service. I would recommend this company to any person struggling with vehicle licensing documents.

so for about 3 years now i have used Q4U secunda for my 2 cars, and all went well up until i tried to get my cars licence disk done again.. i made the appointment for the 23rd of December, paperwork was picked up as per usual... the next day i recieved a whatsapp saying the licence was done and would be delivered.... my licence however was delivered on the 3rd of January ( not too much of a problem for me tho)... when the licence disk was delivered i was informed the person doesnt have my change with them.. i asked on whatsapp what is going on and was informed that my change would be paid over via EFT, i sent my banking details through and was told it would be done immediately, it is now the 12th of January and still haven't gotten my change yet, no is answering on whatsapp and no 1 is answering their phones at Q4U... i have already informed friends and family members who also use Q4U's service and was told they too have experienced similar problems but also only recently... unsure if there are new owners or what has changed, but their service went from excellent to well basicly just stealing money.

I chose to hire them for my temporary drivers license and license disc due to an urgency issue. It was very costly but it did pay off. The license disc was delayed a few days but I don't know why but I don't think it was their fault. It is much quicker and more efficient and convenient so you do get what you pay for. They were understanding and supportive and never got annoyed with me pestering them. The review is 4 stars due to the delay. I definitely recommend them!!

THIEFS Be careful - They steal vehicle registration papers. Handed vehicle registration papers in December to do a name transfer. It is July and they claim to have lost the papers, but makes no effort to recover it?

We approached this company for help with vehicle disk renewal. We paid and was told it will take 1 week. It's been 2 months and still nothing. Everyday it's a different excuse. And now calls are not being answered and they have closed their offices. I beyond livid and dissapointed. We are all struggling because of this pandemic, what gives you the right to still from others. Im not sure what other steps to take to get the money back. Any advise will be welcomed
