Worst service ever
I had an outstanding Dr. Account they phoned me stating they the Dr. Gave me over to them. Long story short. I signed the Debit order form (obviously they added money to the original amount). Which I've got no problem with. Since 2020 I have been asking for a statement now we are in 2022 still no statement. In 2020 when they first got hold of me they were contacting my work after I told them on numerous occasions stop contacting my work you have my personal details. After the first month (payment received) I started getting sms's about court. This is unacceptable service.

Worst service ever!
Paid for a service ,5 months later - only getting excuses and now they want us to pay more? Unacceptable service.
