They seem to be outsourced by mtn. Ive been trying to get in contact with the agent Natasha who sold me my upgrade mtn contract. It seems almost impossible to reach them. Their number from google says we should email them. Why cant they have a real number, so we can actually speak to somebody who is willing to assist. All i want to find out is the type of mtn package that was sold to me. I promise, this is the last time i ever deal with upgrading an mtn contract telephonically. Im sure vodacom is better. If only mtn did not outsource any of their work, it will be such a beautiful network. Companies are really ruining the reputation of mtn
<p>Autocare platinum is an absolute bogus product. The company that sells it is utter bull**** to say the least. In mid 2014 when they were preying on me to take this product it was all laughs and smiles. 3 years later when I really need to put in a claim, I am being treated worse then a dog at a graveyard. Their process is that when you need to claim, you call them in, they take your policy number down and then they say that they will pass your details to the claims department which will email you an application for your claim. 3 calls made after spending 20 minutes or so on each call, I'm still waiting for the application form. I called in on the 2nd of august at around 8.50 or so, i failed to get the first rude as hell consultants name. Waited the entire day for my email containing my application form and nothing. I called again at 16.10 and spoke to somebody by the name of 'Kele' whom said there was no record of me lodging a complaint to even receive an application. She said she will no sort that out and I will receive an email within 24 hours. The very next day thursday, 3rd august 2017 at 8:45am i called again requesting email with application form this time a chap by the name of 'Herman' (afrikaner) who assured me he will make it happen. Today is monday the 7th of August 2017 and I still hav'nt received an email or feedback from these cakes!!!! Do we as customers have money to throw away so other mofos can enjoy. I blady work hard man. Useless company, I am going to make it my duty to shame this company. Even if i am at a salon i will talk about it, anywhere I go I shall tell every human being how pathetic this company is. The saddest thing is, they just dont care about customer service, just look at their reviews. Wonder if they will even read or respond to this. 09:16am policy number ACP ********** . </p>
