It is PEAK SEASON to contact the PPRA and conveniently their call centre contact number is "currently not available please try again later " This has been continuous for the past week. There is no access to the system either when trying to capture new details for a new Property Practitioner registration - "SAP ERROR " This is unacceptable service ! The administration of the PPRA seems to be getting worse each year.
<p>The EAAB are wanting to set the trend for the Estate Industry but it is very very frustrating dealing with them. Currently the call centre agents are having to be bombarded by irate clients because their systems do not work... STAFF ABUSE BY THEIR OWN COMPANY I would suggest !!</p> <p>THey have had no communication from the IT department so they cannot even try and give an answer to their clients as to when it will be available. When asking for the the CEO , Bryan Chaplog's email they are not able to disclose it and refer to their customer services manager who unfortunately will not be able to give any answers. </p> <p>The CEO needs to be accountable for this issue and have it resolved immediately.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
