Whilst I'm not a fan of the company in general, due to quite the saga we had earlier this year with a claim that dragged on for 6 months, Sam who helped me today was very helpful, friendly and professional.
<p>I could write an essay but all I'm going to write is that after initially being impressed with Philip from Propaint during quoting, I am very disappointed in the service they provided and the way they treated me, their client.</p> <p>Communication is not a strong point and as a result we had a number of issues.</p> <p>Also proper prep work was not carried out and I was rudely treated by a defensive Philip when trying to iron out the issues. Disaster could easily have been averted by civil and reasonable discussion and respectful treatment of the client, despite the issues and possible wrong expectations on either side. </p>
