Nightmare
Very bad customer service. Have to sort out an accounts issue and I have sent many emails and then I get a message to phone them. I have phoned 3 different numbers and get directed to "the correct" department but nothing happens. Last number they gave me to phone can't take my call because of high volume calls. No one has contacted me or tried to sort out my problem. I regret taking a loan from Direct Axis it's been a nightmare.

Superbalist

Direct Axis and Hollard
I took out a loan with Direct Axis and a policy with Hollard and had a 3 month waiting period before I can claim if I was retrenched. Well I thought you can claim after the 3 month waiting period or 3 month payments. My claim was declined because I was involuntry retrenched in the 3 month waiting period , so I have to get employed and retrenched again and then I can claim. So be careful to take a loan and policy from them because you have to make sure you get retrenched after the 3 months waiting period.

Woolworths online shocking
I have ordered from Woolworths online two weeks ago and still have not received my parcel. I have phoned and emailed and complained and no one knows where my parcel is. No one cares to find out where my parcel is that I have paid for. It is out on delivery for the past two weeks now. I'm fed up because no one is helping me. I have no idea what to do now.
