Absolutely useless, customer service...useless, contact numbers ...useless, time to sue, waiting for over a year for my money to be repaid (deposits) but if you don't pay for services, you are cut off, but when money is owed, they refuse to pay. They should be held accountable and pay back money owed by them with interest. Pathetic!! They should be ashamed of themselves!

After being ****med as a Business Owner in December 2023, i find it somewhat irrational, that businesses that are proven to be ****med business owners, are actually enjoying the protection that you as "GOOGLE" provide. ****mers now enjoy removing "bad reviews" themselves, and carry on "business as usual", robbing innocent people of hard earned money. Numerous Posts on this one particular company where placed on GOOGLE REVEIW, in order to warn companies before dealing with them, i used to actively check reveiws on Google, however you have proven to be an ************* source and seem to be knowlingly assisting *******ion, instead of preventing it, and i say this under no predudice, bad reveiws are made, the next day its gone, so do i hold Google responsible for the plague of *******ion in cyber space.... HELL YES!!! You should be ashamed, you have a civil duty to protect victims of cyber *****! But you dont.
ANGLO, you are being infiltrated by hackers and ****mers and these ****mers have used names, (that actually still work for you) company stamps, your precise logo, all the documentation is registered under you, tax numbers are correct, i can go on on, however what concerns me, that as for myself a supplier of goods and services, *and have been dealing with mines for 30 years, you as a company do not assist in any shape or form, in tracing and tracking how this information, and detailed documents are being leaked. Where is your obligation????? You tell the supplier to do due dillegence, we do, at our own cost, but it seems you have lost touch in what is really happening to South Africans that are ****med! I have tried reaching out to ANGLO AMERICAN PLATINUM regarding *****, but to no avail!!! The ****ners are beating you, and you still blameing the supplier! You are assisting them to ***** and commit *****ulant acts under your name.... tragic!!
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! VINCENT IS A ****MER!! Business owners, please do not do business with this **** company! Beleive me, they are a network of ****mers, they will provide you with quotes, company registration numbers, proof of banking details. He stole R145000,00 from me last year December 2023. He is still operating, i have lodged a ******** case against him. If you check KCL PRECISION ENGINEERING on CIPC, they have 2x woman registered, i have not invesigated this yet, but i assume they are no longer in business, and this info has been leaked. He also has a ****mer working with Anglo American Documents. They seem to have knowledge of the mining industry, they falsify all documentation with signatures of Anglo and have ****** identities from people that actually do work at Anglo. He goes as far as sending POD's to you, everything looks legit... its not!!! Vincent im coming for you...
Although you warn people over ****s, we where ****med out of R143,000-00. Anglo tender paperwork was in order, i confirmed employment of 2x employees at Anglo, i contacted your customer offices, checked the Anglo number with then, however they where not sure, could...could not be???? The 2x people i mentioned was confirmed that they do work for Anglo. Checked the delivery adress (which as still not been changed on google) and still remains as 124 Akkerboom Street. I have tried on your website on numerous occasions as an outsider to report *****, but your system is not "user freindly" Anglo disclaimers, Anglo personnel, Anglo Stamps, contact Numbers, i feel that if Anglo had given more assistance, we could have stopped this from happening. Still as of today, cannot reach anyone at Anglo American, its a disgrace, you place the blame on suppliers for not effectively double checking with Anglo, however this time you failed to assist the supplier.
I have been shopping at Woolworths for years, however i wont ever put a foot back in your store, i am not bothered about wars all over the world i feel for all the victims, children, woman and babies, we have enough going on in SA, just trying to survive. Woolworths is way to political, just keep quite and sell your products, lots of things i could speak about regarding woolworths, but i dont threaten to boycott, or tell your store to stop buying AVOS from Brazil! However you are so scared that you will be terrorized by by a couple of loud mouths demanding you to remove Israel couscous..... what a joke!!! WOOLWORTHS MY MESSAGE TO YOU......GET REAL!!!! Its like forcing me to but a red car, but i want a blue one, every person has a choice, every consumer has a choice, and i am not even Israeli.
I say this without prejudice, however i cannot understand the billing method of City Tshwane! I have noticed that "no response" is given from the Municipality regarding most issues. I am not going to fill in a dispute, as this is more of a fundamental issue, as i am only 1 person that is intrigued by the method, i am sure that many other human beings may feel the same! I am new to PTA, and understand that it is a City, but the billing of water and sanitation makes absouloutely "no sense" Have a good look at water and sanitation on your account, i will give an example below:- Description period days Qty Vat Total Water ...... 32 17 .... ..... sanitation ...... 32 17 . .. ...... Service Fee . .......... .. .. Tshwane water network fee 17 ..... .. . Tshwane sanitation net.fee 17 .... .... So, conclusion correct me if i am mistaken, 1.Payment should be made on K/lt of water, eg:17 units used 2. Why are we paying for 17 k/lt of water for sanitation, this should be a set amount. 3. Then you are paying Tshwane's Water Network fee of 17 k/lt of water 4. Again paying Tshwane's Sanitation Network fee of 17k/lt of water. So in all rights, a household should be paying for 17 K/lt of water????? Instead we are paying for 68 K/lt of water! Does this make sense. Sense to me is by being FAIR, pay for water usage, pay a sanitation set fee, pay a standard Network fee for both! (However i fail to understand this "so called Network Fee) Are we also paying the Municipalities Rand Water account? i understand that infrastructure is a huge proplem, but at who's cost! ....i am quite frustrated regarding this, and for the life of me, cannot understand why majority of citizens living in cities dont question this?? In other Provinces which excludes Gauteng, they definately do not bill you like this!!!!
Glad nie "impressed", lyk vir my Virseker is saam met hierdie julle gemors storie. Na net 'n element vervang is, en nie die element en thermostat, kom ons agter vanoggend dat julle as Virseker is die een wat gee opdragte vir 'n "supplier" on al twee te vervang, wat julle as Virseker doen, is julle gee vir hulle R1700-00, om die werk te doen, watse gemors is hierdie!! Op die einde van die dag word die "consumer" ingedoen! Ons het besluit dit is die mooite werd om hierdie verder te vat! Dit kan nie wees dat julle as 'n Versekering maatskapy hierdie kan doen, of gemagtig is om dit doen! As dit net die element is, is dit maar so! Nee element en thermostat! Glad nie impressed met julle!!!!!!
