Who ever reads this. Do not buy from them. You will not receive your stuff. You will be out of pocket R23000 +. Their website is - www.sunchase.co.za. The one guy is William and other one Jarome. They also make use of 3 x different account numbers that i know off. Do not buy anything from them. They also do not have a physical address. They have 4 numbers + that they are using. They do not answer any of my calls anymore unless you physically place an order. A few calls later - gone. Nothing and you are left licking your wounds. The best thing - they use the same numbers still. They reply on whatsapp but they keep on providing a different story. Waiting on the courier, your order will arrive tomorrow or next week, waiting on the truck to deliver new stock, someone accidentally sold our stuff, account was frozen, etc... Then eventually they stop providing excuses and dont answer at all. Then you place a new order and they call you quickly. But puts the fone down when you try and confront them. Afterwards they respond eventually but this time requesting an additional amount of money using the reason that they are loosing money as the prices went up. I offered that i am willing to pay the additional amount as i do not want to sit with nothing but this time cash on delivery only or cash upon collection. They still do not want to own up. Thieves and scammers does this type of things. People be careful what you do, you will end up like me... R23000+ OUT OF POCKET AND NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT.

i paid for my order on 06/07/2022 and i have still not received anything they have STOLEN R 23 495.00 from me with broken promises and no delivery DONT USE THEM you will loose all your money

Poor emergency section - no help
If you ever need to go to casualty whatever you do don’t go to Netcare Montana Hospital. At 20 weeks pregnant with a sick 5 year old we wernt even seen by a doctor after 3 hours. We left with a sick, tired and unhappy child. When we arrived we were listed as a P2 patient and still didn’t even see a Doctor. So much for having a decent medical aide and going to a private hospital. Discovery South Africa

Time consuming
<p>New site is terrible. Cannot search or filter newest to oldest. Cannot search in the whole south Africa. Only in an area!!! yes it expands as you continue but it is TIME CONSUMING. Too much old ads that you need to work through before getting one ad that was loaded recently. This is time wasting, loss of data and loss in airtime calling after old ads. The old site was 50 times better than the new one. OLX was my main favoirate site and 1st choice in looking for something or selling of something. Now, it is dreadful to go on OLX to do what you want or need to do. I hate to say it but Junkmail and gumtree is now 100 times more user friendly than OLX. Scams are also much lessor now on Junkmail and gumtree than on OLX. I am experiencing a massive drop in interest from people out of OLX. My customers that is buying my second hand stuff is finding my ads on Junkmail and Facebook. No longer on OLX. That is truly sad as OLX was the best before they changed the site. I’ve tried communicating to them numerous of times but no one from OLX comes back to me with any response. I see a huge % of OLX users complaining about similar things but nothing gets done about it or no changes on OLX. </p>
