I submitted a claim approximately a month ago now and they are still claiming they are waiting for a usage report from Telkom as the system is offline. How can a system be offline for a month? I never received any feedback from Finrite, I had to call numerous times and no one could provide me with any useful information. The turnaround time is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I would not recommend insuring with Finrite.
Had a very pleasant experience dealing with king price today. I talked to Melissa Stadler who was very patient and helpful regarding all my insurance questions. She gathered the information needed promptly and I felt comfortable talking to her. I'm very impressed with the customer service of King Price provided.
I wrote a review on my invalid voucher experience on 19 January 2018. The feedback I got from Edgars was: " The customer services team will be taking note of your details and we will be sending you SMS communication regarding this in the next few days". Since then I got no feedback from Edgars although they said they would be in contact with me. It is now nearly 2 months later which is not "in the next few days". I decided to call the customer service to get feedback on the issue after two weeks of no feedback. Each time the customer service promised me that I will receive feedback within 2 days from the marketing team but I never received any feedback whatsoever. This process happened to approximately 8 times (Which you can gladly verify on your call service system as you log all the calls). The last time I called they couldn't even give me an estimate time frame that this query would be resolved in, and in my experience the customer should query otherwise it will just be ignored and fade away. How long should I be patient? How long should I wait to follow up on my query as there seems to be no communication between Edgars and their customers? My personal opinion is that a query should never take 2 months to resolve? Please advise me what to do next. My reference for the previous query: ********** 2268/GO
I received an Edgers voucher on my account to the value of R7500 off any spend. I went to the Edgars in Centurion mall to redeem my voucher on 16 January 2018 as it expires 21 January 2018. When I got to the till they said the voucher code was invalid which was embarrassing as they had to call the manager, Jerry. I showed Jerry that this voucher is on my account and he said he would investigate. I called each day to get feedback where each time I was told they are still investigating. Jerry informed me that he will have the issue sorted out by Friday 19 January 2018 and he told me that Edgars can not issue a voucher to a customer and then change it to invalid, with the feedback I was patient. I received feedback this afternoon just stating that the matter is under investigation with no other details just like the rest of the week. This is not sorting out the issue as promised and I am a very unsatisfied customer.
<p>Very disappointed. My bond registered without a COC for my electrical fencing and now they claim it is not their responsibility to ensure that the documentation was in place before my bond registered. My offer to purchase specified that the seller should provide the COC but when asking them they did not even know a COC was needed for the electrical fence. They also "forgot" to invest my deposit and do not want to give me my interest on my deposit.</p>
