MD Mitchell attorneys are the worst attorneys ever
They took 6 full months to register my bond after I sold my house in Pretoria. I had to remind them many times for updates. It was only when I started complaining when they started to do their job. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I lost over R20000 during the bond registration process due to their delay. Please do not even consider using mdmitchell for any legal matters.its a total waste of time and money

Poor service and a lost a lot of money.
Very poor service from them. Took them a full 6 months to register a property I was selling. Progress feedback is given very randomly, sometimes you will go for 3 to 4 weeks without receiving any feedback. Sometimes feedback is sent to incorrect emails even though they have your correct email address. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was charged almost R10000 for municipality clearance certificate because they requested the certificate multiple times. Property also got rejected multiple times by the deeds office. Levy

Fed up!!
The mere fact that they don't even have a website should tell you of the level of unprofetionalism you will be subjected to at that useless law firm , they don't keep you updated on anything, they are unreliable say this and do the opposite . I don't know why are they still operating with their conduct Nd unprofessional conduct !

Zero Professionalism
Probably thee worst transfer attorneys I've ever worked with. They hardly give you an update or progress report in terms of how far they with the transfer/registration process and if you don't contact them to ask for any feedback, they won't give you any. They couldn't be bothered at all about their clients and the need to give them feedback. I started using them for the transfer of the property that I bought in November 2019 and until today, 6 January 2021, the transfer process hasn't completed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone at all, their service is completely horrible. I personally regret using them as I feel like I didn't get any value for the money that I paid them for their services.

Bond registered without COC
<p>Very disappointed. My bond registered without a COC for my electrical fencing and now they claim it is not their responsibility to ensure that the documentation was in place before my bond registered. My offer to purchase specified that the seller should provide the COC but when asking them they did not even know a COC was needed for the electrical fence. They also "forgot" to invest my deposit and do not want to give me my interest on my deposit.</p>
