MD Mitchell attorneys are the worst attorneys ever
They took 6 full months to register my bond after I sold my house in Pretoria. I had to remind them many times for updates. It was only when I started complaining when they started to do their job. So unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.I lost over R20000 during the bond registration process due to their delay. Please do not even consider using mdmitchell for any legal matters.its a total waste of time and money

Bad Service for my ooba Bond Protector, not attended to after i got retrenched from work
i got Retrenched from work in December 2017, luckily (as i thought), i have a bond protector with Ooba, through hollard life. i then claimed in December, and i got told to fill in some forms from them and attache the retrenchment letter together with other important documents. i did that immediately, and i got a response from their department saying they did receive those documents. that was early December. After that it was me calling them following up on the policy, and they kept transferring me to wrong departments. last week, January 8th 2018, i recieved a call from one of their representative, saying that they are still assessing the claim, and that should take 3 Months. i was shocked! cause i didn't know about that arrangement. that wasn't explained to me at first. the lady (Busisiwe Radebe from Hollard) then said they are busy requesting a copy of the recording to confirm it that wasn't explained to me. that was the last call i recieved from them. today (January 18,2018) i called them again, and they kept on putting me to wrong department. OOba bond Protector wants to continue debiting me their premiums, even though i'm no longer working, and if i stop paying they'll tell me that my policy is not up to date, or they want me to be angry and tell them to cancel the policy so that they win. now i'm not working and i'm their client but they treat me like a piece of nothing, saying i should wait for 3 months. where on earth am i going to get the the money to pay my Bond?
