I had a parcel due for delivery from DSV, on the day of delivery I received a message saying the delivery vehicle broke down and that was the last message I received from them. I called after a week or so to inquire about my parcel & they could not explain anything on what could have happened to the parcel. At the moment this seems to be moving from department to department without any resolution. They don't even contact me, I have to contact them all the time to find out what is happening. They even had the audacity to ask me what the parcel was, I am lost for words from the pathetic service I have been receiving from them. The last response I got was that the issue was being sent to risk (CCTV) department for investigation, at this point I even wonder if I will ever get this parcel.
Very poor service from them. Took them a full 6 months to register a property I was selling. Progress feedback is given very randomly, sometimes you will go for 3 to 4 weeks without receiving any feedback. Sometimes feedback is sent to incorrect emails even though they have your correct email address. THEIR SERVICE IS VERY POOR AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I was charged almost R10000 for municipality clearance certificate because they requested the certificate multiple times. Property also got rejected multiple times by the deeds office. Levy
