Happy to be a member of Momentum Insurance
I have a new contract with cell c from February. I cancelled my specified items in April to save on the premiums.<br> My son stole my new Phone (Blackberry Classic) from my house. I didn't even think it is worth trying to claim as i cancelled the specified, after a week i thought let me just try, they can only say no. When you are a victim of Crime there is anger and frustration involved, when your own children is involved its worse, it is a painful experience as well. I explained to Stella, she was Professional, Friendly, Fast and compassionate - She replaced my phone under house content as it was stolen from my house - my access fee was more but it was such a re-leave to find out they will replace my phone - Momentum really replaced my mobile so fast, Stella's service was AWESOME - I can really recommend Momentum and a very happy to be a member.
