Bullying tactics and poor customer service by Tracker Telematics
It is almost a crime to do business with Matrix Telematics. You miss some few payments, say two months they are quick to black list you without following proper protocol. You cancel the policy and settle all the arrears, they still send attorneys to pursue you. When you furnish letter for cancellation to the initial group of Attorneys, another group of attorneys will call you the following day and they will alternate attorneys just to frustrate you and make living a hell for you as a customer. I can list at least a third E mail i send to their attorneys where i attached cancellation letters. Yet even today, on 10 Dec 2025 another group of attorneys called me again. On 16 October 2025, i even warned them that i will report them on Hellopeter. Unprofessional bad and.poot service on prepaid meter adminstration
Poor and bad service They charge R600 reconnection fee for a debt of R1100. You pay they refuse to reconnect because they want the money to show in their system after two.dayd. you do an.immediate payment and request refund for the first payment they tell you you will get it after seven days. Their water reading system is.not transparent.
