Bought a car from them, listed as mechanical in great condition, turns out the gearbox is faulty and the front diff also is whining. After numerous calls and whatsapp messages they simply turned their shoulders and basically said "sorry we cannot refund you or fix it" I finally went to my lawyer and sent them a demand! However this they also show us the middle finger.....do not support them
Went from vodacom internet data streaming 20mb line speed to metrofibre 40mb internet data streaming line, ever since the swop the internet has been fluctuating with no solid or steady line speed, when calling the customer service hotline they will advice you to run the whole house with cat5 data cables instead of using the wifi modem, they dont even op-ed to send a technician, by far the worst service ever
2days still no completion on my request, yet debicheck has been done to my account....not fast on customer care
i bought a car..in their terms and conditions they state that you get 1000km or 1 month warranty,with full tank petrol/diesel.the car created gearbox problems,and i did not recieve a tank of diesel..took my car back to the garage and they told me nothing is wrong with my car,and that i did a trade in so i dont qualify for a full tank diesel..
