I have recently had a few dealings with LENTON MARIMUTHOO at Stylco in Midrand and his service has been excellent He has gone above and beyond. He has dealt with my queries and problems in a fast and efficient manner. Returned phone calls and emails immediately. Wish there were more people out there like LENTON Keep up the good work Barbara Noble
I bought a phone from Pep Cell at Northgate on 17/09/2017. After a couple of weeks it started giving problems. I went back to Pep only for them to press a few buttons and tell me there is nothing wrong. They told me that if I have more problems I must take the phone to Vodacom (I believe that they should have done this). I went to Vodacom and again was told nothing is wrong. Over the next few months the phone has got progressively worse with me having to factory reset it twice and also amongst other things having to restart it several times a day. So I went back on 17/02/18 and as per my rights I asked for a refund so I could go and get myself a phone that works. They absolutely refused and I have been backwards and forwards to so many people with no joy just rather they dont return my calls. Probably hoping I will go away. Well today I have lodged a complaint with the NCC because as per the Consumer Protection Act and I quote " Within 6 months the consumer may return the goods without penalty if the goods fail to satisfy the requirements and standards and at the direction of the consumer the supplier must either refund,repair or replace the goods. Well I want a REFUND
My reference no is MWB ********** In the past week I have had to do dealings with MWEB Techincal Services. My last call was today 25th Aug 2017 and I spoke to a lady called Rushaan. A few days ago I spoke to a gentleman but did not get his name (you know who you are) The service I have received from MWEB has been excellent and I would like to say a big thank you to the people who have gone out of their way to help me solve the problem I had. Once again a big thank you and keep up the good work
I have a HUAWEI 3g ****le modem that I got with my contract with MWEB and it has a Cell C sim in it. It has stopped working so I phoned MWEB (cos they seem to have closed down all their walk in stores) and I was told that I have to take the modem to any Cell C shop and get a technician to reload the software onto the modem. (Quick job I would think). On Saturday 12 Aug I went to Northgate to getthe modem sorted out. I was told there are no technicians there they must book it in and it will take 7 working days. REALLY 7 days to load software. I decided I would go during the week may be technicians work at the shops during the week. So today 17 Aug I went to Cresta. I was told there are no technicians there either and they must book it in and it will take 21 working days to fix. REALLY now it is 21 days. I just gave up and thought that I should just book it in. This is were it gets worse. The woman behind the counter tells me that she cannot book it in only her admin manager can do that. She then tells me I must wait for her as she is not there. Ok I say when will she be there. I dont know says the woman, she hasnt come into work yet. The time is 1015am. This is absolutely disgusting. What are people surposed to do. Just wait in the hope that she comes to work sometime.
