I have recently had a few dealings with LENTON MARIMUTHOO at Stylco in Midrand and his service has been excellent He has gone above and beyond. He has dealt with my queries and problems in a fast and efficient manner. Returned phone calls and emails immediately. Wish there were more people out there like LENTON Keep up the good work Barbara Noble

I have recently had a few dealings with LENTON MARIMUTHOO at Stylco in Midrand and his service has been excellent He has gone above and beyond. Hi all want to post some info on a company that distributes multiple products for different brand names in South Africa the company is Stylco( http://www.stylco.tv ) in my case specifically it is a Blaupunkt 55" UHD curved LED SMART TV model STY 2255, Mr Richard Sack( https://www.facebook.com/richard.sack.319 ) one of the "directors" of the company according to the website eventually contacted me after almost a month of passing the buck from one person in z department to the next in x department, who by the way admitted a lot of thing to me in this time from licensing issues to upgrading problems to being in a outdated state since before I bought the TV etc( thus completely eliminating 90% of the functionality of the "smart" TV) then Mr Richard Sack eventually says they will replace the TV with a brand name unit that can actually do what they advertised on their unit. So Mr Sack asks me to go and find TV's with the same advertised function and get prices wich i do. after i sent it to him he sends me the following reply: [11:18, 6/6/2018] Richard Blaupunkt: Hi Johan [11:18, 6/6/2018] Richard Blaupunkt: Pls give me 24hrs [11:18, 6/6/2018] Richard Blaupunkt: I will revert with some options. After querying why he has not contacted me back after 24hours he gives me the following reply; Hi Johan I’m not ignoring you , pleas give me some more time. You are dealing with a proper company and we will do the right thing. I will come back to you shortly. I must share my experience with the public. My daughter bought a SANSUI Tablet, and the battery explode after the 1 year warranty. And Lenton Marimuthoo by STYLCO service centre help me to sort out this problem with very good customer service and respect I ever experience in my whole life. I want to give Stylco a Compliment for Lenton's good communication and wonderful service that he really give to me until everything was sorted. WELL DONE and thank you so much Petrus Jacobs
