Poor quality Bridgestone Tyres Sold at Tiger Wheel, Richards Bay I recently purchased 4 Bridgestone run-flat tyres from Tiger Wheel in Richards Bay for about R28k two months ago. While driving from Durban to Richards Bay, about 70 km from Richards Bay, one of the tyre lost pressure. Knowing that the tyres are run-flat, I decided to drive at a low speed to get home and fix the tyre the following day. To my surprise, I didn't even manage to drive 20 km before the tyre was completely destroyed. I had to stop and make arrangements to get home safely. The way the tyre got torn apart in less than 20 km driving at 60 km/h, it was is obvious that the tyre is of poor quality. I had much respect for Bridgestone as a brand, but this experience disappointed me. The tyre did not even last me more than two months. I went back to Tiger Wheel the following day, and their attitude was as if they didn't care. My advice to those who value their safety is to stay away from Tiger Wheel Richards Bay. They sell substandard/**** tyres. Bridgestone really needs to investigate whether their retailers are not selling counterfeit tyres, or they really need to improve their quality. I am never buying Bridgestone tyres again, and most definitely, I will never buy tyres from Tiger Wheel again. I had a very bad experience.

very poor customer service
i bought a new phone with cellc and ask them to keep my number but the decided to change it, when i call to have this resolved they make me wait for two day. after two days i followed up only to be told that my problem is not resolved and they will have to log anther call and i will have to wait for another two day again. so frustrating, buying product from this guys is a pain.
