Tespo Scam
this is th 2nd review I have made of Tespo on Hello Peter, the first review I warned people back in early Aug that this was a scam website, and Hello Peter decided to remove my post for some reason. since then, plenty of other people have been scammed, how is this website even allowed to still exist?

Ordered a fridge, and now they not come backing to me after 2 weeks.. Be very carefull, this is a scam in my opinion, I cannot hold of anyone

Vega Mini and general Twisp attitude- customer service
I have been using the twisp devices for over 2 years. Both My wife friends and I whom I convinced to use the product. and have purchased about 10 or more devices during this time. Recently they removed the Vanilla Flavor which is all we smoke, and they said we must find something new. I was a bit surprised by this statement but decided to find another supplier which worked as well as Twisp Signature and was half the price! Twisp have since decided to bring the vanilla flavor back so decided to move back at the premium price as I prefer to keep things simple. I then decided to upgrade my device as the battery just stopped working after 7 months and was 1 month out of warranty, but so be it. So I was advised to try the new Vega Mini as the battery replacement for my device was around R800 and this new Vega Mini was on special for close to the same amount, so I decided to give this smaller more powerful device a chance. I used my old top half as this was still working fine and only used the new Vega mini battery. I had to recharge it twice if not 3 times a day, but was advised by the staff that this battery would deliver the same amount of usage time. I then took it back to the kiosk and asked for my money back. Much to my supirse I was told I have to submit my banking details? Really, in this day and age you cannot do a card purchase reversal. I finally chased up to see what was going on 4 days later as I had received no word and was told refunds only processed on Fridays?? So today I learnt that they decided not to give me a refund? No reason, no explanation, just a straight no? I will moving on to another device but first need to go pick up my brand new Vega Mini and see if I can somehow make use of the pathetic excuse for a battery device!. What has happened to customer loyalty and service and in fact just common sense. Thanks for the last 2.5 years Twisp. its been real! Thanks W
