TESPO - Be AWARE
Scammed -Tespo claims to operate from Durban is an online business specializing in supplying appliances. Their main aim is to defraud the public. They claim to operate from a business address in Durban. They advertise competitive prices. Hanco Malan is quick to invoice and take your money. When you enquire about collecting the order after waiting some time for the delivery (if you can at all get them to respond to a call or reply to an email), they will put down the phone or ignore the email. Beware of online companies that accept EFT payments only and lure you into free delivery promises. This eliminates the need for any communication with them until it is too late. You sit silently and wait for the delivery while your money clears in their bank account. They will take your money and run. They will resurface under a different name if they are exposed, but the methods remain the same. Google Streetview the address they list on the so-called invoice before you do the EFT. You will be lucky if it exists. Shameless.

Be careful again They have opened similar website in the name of qool.co.za, it seems they are expanding their scam , their website shold be banned

Fake Online Store
The online store, https://tespo.co.za/ is a fake that only exists to steal money from people who don't know better. It uses a well-made website, rare products, and prices that are too good to be true to get customers to buy quickly, but then they never deliver the items they purchased. The red flags: There is no trace of the company's existence on the internet. There is only one personal cell phone number listed to contact the company. It says that you can pay with popular payment gateways like Visa, MasterCard, EFT, Bitcoin, and PayJustNow, but then only gives Bitcoin and/or an instant EFT when you are checking out. If you pay with Bitcoin, which can't be tracked, you get a 10% discount on the already ridiculously low prices. support@tespo.co.za is not a functioning email address. The Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions are copied from Hirschs' website (https://www.hirschs.co.za/terms-and-conditions), with only the business name changed to "tespo" - not even capitalised. There is no company called Tespo at the address listed: 30 Station Dr, Morningside, Berea, 4001. Stay away from this business. You will not get your purchase.

Tespo Scam
this is th 2nd review I have made of Tespo on Hello Peter, the first review I warned people back in early Aug that this was a scam website, and Hello Peter decided to remove my post for some reason. since then, plenty of other people have been scammed, how is this website even allowed to still exist?

Tespo Scam
this is th 2nd review I have made of Tespo on Hello Peter, the first review I warned people back in early Aug that this was a scam website, and Hello Peter decided to remove my post for some reason. since then, plenty of other people have been scammed, how is this website even allowed to still exist?

Be Warned
I ordered a hairdryer on the 10th of August 2022, the order was to be fulfilled between 7 to 10days, it is more than a month with no communication from Tespo and the number on their website is now not working anymore. I have sent countless emails with no assistance, I requested a refund but that was ignored. Over a month later I still don't have my order and I just received a automated email saying my order is complete.

Be Warned
I ordered a hairdryer on the 10th of August 2022, the order was to be fulfilled between 7 to 10days, it is more than a month with no communication from Tespo and the number on their website is now not working anymore. Tespo is a scam that looks legitimate with a very convincing website
I ordered SMEG microwave oven end July and they said the order is completed they promised to deliver , and they kept on saying the courrier is attemping to call me which was a lie , they promised to deliver on several occassions i waited to no avail, i cant get hold of them on the phone and u hold forever, their physical address which is is Durban does not exist. They have stopped replying to my emails I also called SMEG to tell them i placed an order with their Retailer and SMEG told me that they never heard of TESPO , their website looks legitimate , be warned!!!! I

Be careful dealing with Tespo.co.za
I purchased a TV from Tespo.co.za a month ago, I managed to get hold of an agent after a while who promised it would be 3 days max to arrive. Subsequently they have 'completed' my order, my many, many phonecalls have all been unanswered by their "agent" and none of my mails have been responded to.
