Ivan from Cape Mail Customs saved my wedding!
I had a vintage dress send to me on 9 March 2015 from America for my wedding. Time grew near and still no dress, I started to stress and panic, we where leaving to get married the morning of Thursday, 30 April 2015. A week before I was sending emails and making calls. The Monday before (it has been 7 weeks already), I was on a call again to Ivan from Cape Mail, he promised to look into it. It was an extra stressful time and I was close to tears the entire time & already gave up on having my dress. Wed. morning, the day before, Ivan made it his mission to go through all the bags to find my wedding dress, he phoned me early the afternoon with the great news! Bag 10 was the lucky bag! He found it! I have never been so happy. <br> Ivan from Cape Mail is my HERO!! He went over and beyond the extra mile to help me. <br> I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Ivan. He put my faith back in humanity. He is the most friendly and helpful person I have ever encountered in SA! The best customer service I ever experienced! <br> Ivan from Cape Mail saved my wedding and I will be forever thankful to him! I have beautiful memories & photos with the perfect dress I always wanted! Thank you Ivan!
