Cheated by fit 24 gym

Very bad service in claims with Naked,claim not resolved
I had a claim for Naked last week Sunday 19 November 2023. I was advised that it will be an online assessment. On the 22 November you'll contacted me for a physical assessment and I made arrangements for it to be done on the same day. After numerous calls you'll advised on Monday morning you'll will contact me to finalize the claim. To date the matter has not been finalized and my claims handler Paballo does not call me back and I'm without a vehicle for a week thus far. Very bad service and claim not resolved

Hi my student account was fully paid up on the 24/07/2017 balance is now 0.on the 18/08/2017 I get a statement with a penalty of R 1000 what is this for?#unhappy
