I rate my experience of ASI as excellent in the end. But I have to give the highest praise to Nicarl who took ownership of my problem when I was truly desperate. She managed the difficult process with professionalism and urgency and restored my confidence and decision to have ASI as my brokers. Mike Garbutt
I booked through this operation for a Kulula flight and in addition to the ticket cost, I paid a premium for AirlineLiquidationProtection. As you know Kulula collapsed. I have been trying to get a refund from Travelstart for the past six months using their suggested correct procedures. To date, I have not heard a thing. How do I get action? I am not asking for a favour I paid a premium for such an eventuality and am entitled to a refund. HELP
Just 5 Weeks after marbeliting my pool a hole appeared in the new marbelite. It was agreed by the Principal of Acme Pool & Spa who did the marbelite, that the problem would be rectified to my satisfaction and that after the repair the hole and surrounds would not be noticeable. However subsequent to the repair a large stain now is seen where the hole existed. Obviously this is unsightly and spoils the pool. This is in contradiction to our agreement, and now the Principal has reneged. I have copies of correspondence confirming our agreement if sight is required
