The Most Disgraceful Hotel Experience – Cape Town Lodge is a Complete Embarrassment! If I could rate this hotel with negative stars, I absolutely would. My experience at Cape Town Lodge was not just **********—it was downright degrading and infuriating. It’s hard to fathom how this so-called “establishment” even dares to call itself a hotel when it is clearly nothing more than a breeding ground for incompetence, *******ion, and outright disrespect toward paying guests. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with rudeness, condescension, and blatant **************. It is beyond obvious that if you are not wealthy, white, or of a certain social status, you are treated like a second-class citizen—or worse, like a ********. The staff here lack basic human decency, let alone customer service skills, and their prejudice is as transparent as glass. Let’s start with the parking ****. Imagine paying an exorbitant amount for a room—R3000 per night—and then being told you must pay extra just to park in their OWN building. This is highway *******, plain and simple. The greed of this hotel knows no bounds, and they have zero regard for guest satisfaction. But the absolute low point of my stay? The unprofessional and downright disgraceful behavior of the so-called managers. (I know very well the Managers/Concierge name and surname,but for now il keep it anonymous —yes, I’m talking about you.) I opened the windows in my stuffy, poorly ventilated room when checking out early,Yes i checked out early because both myself and wife were utterly disapointed and upset at the manner of our stay and only to be falsely accused of smoking. Without any proof, you slapped me with a ludicrous R1500 fine and then “generously” reduced it to R500. Are you kidding me? This reeks of *******ion! Are you pocketing that money for yourself? What kind of shady operation are you running here? To make matters worse, I repeatedly asked to leave the hotel, but your staff REFUSED to open the gates unless I paid the fine. Let me be clear: this is ******** imprisonment. You held me and my wife hostage over a baseless accusation and a **** fine. The way you treated us was beyond humiliating and dehumanizing. The racial and class ************** here isn’t just a suspicion—it’s blatant and undeniable. If I were a wealthy guest or of a different ethnicity, I know for a fact I wouldn’t have been treated this way. This hotel has no concept of fairness, equality, or respect for its guests. It’s sickening. The entire management team, both day and night shifts, are a joke. They are arrogant, dismissive, and completely unfit for their roles. The toxic attitude of the staff reflects poorly on the hotel as a whole, making it abundantly clear that professionalism and hospitality are not priorities here. Cape Town Lodge is a disgrace to the hospitality industry. This hotel doesn’t deserve a single cent from anyone. Save yourself the frustration, humiliation, and financial exploitation, and stay far away from this dumpster fire of an establishment. P.S. You’ve made a serious mistake crossing me. This is just the beginning. I will make it my mission to expose your appalling practices and warn every potential guest to steer clear of this place. Your reputation will crumble, and you only have yourselves to blame. Expect more to come.
Good day,I have been a customer of vodacom for the past 2months,ever since day 1 I have had problems with the data services provided by them,at first the package I chose assures me of 1gig data during the day and 1gig data at night,for the 1st 3minths they give you an additional 5gigs,which by my calculation is 6gigs of data.The first month I only recieved the additional 5gigs,half way through the month I had to phone in and enquire about my 1gig that originally came with the contract,I recieved it but "out of gesture" the following month I bought data because I ran out and just like that my data was taken from me,today the 27th at about 18:25 i bought again data and in an instant the data has been taken from me.I phone in and this woman has the audacity to tell me again that if they give me the data its out of Good gesture,please tell me how does 100megabytes disappear in 5minutes when all my apps are being restricted,I have got to the point where I do not want to pay my contract anymore,I am naming and shaming this company because I am extremely fed up,vodacoms data is so expensive and at the same time they are just taking my money just in an instant,I am here to warnpeople of this problem vodacom is giving me,I am not the only person that is experiencing this problem,I have been told that I have to wait 5days in order for some side of the company to figure out what the problem is!!!!this is an extremely bad company which gives disgusting services.
