I ordered my CBD capsules long ago and still nothing. I sent an email to follow-up and received a mail-back saying Delivery went out at 9 am on the 7th Dec at 2:46 pm. Then again no order, I emailed to complain and the owner called me, as far as I can recall his name was Gareth, he said he would sort it out, online system didn't pick up my delivery note for where to deliver my parcel as I was in George. He said he would rectify it! Today is the 3rd January 2022 and still nothing, I have tried calling no answer anywhere, I have emailed to complain nothing! No order! No apology! Nothing, here I am still waiting for my order! 2 - 3 working delivery days and yet still nothing! Worst service I have ever received! Do not buy from them.
This rate should be less that what I rated. I have been paying off my arrears for my two personal loans off by R50 each month on each loan over and above the monthly instalments I pay to them. I was unemployed for six months at a stage and that is why the arrears built up. I made the payment arrangement of R50 with an FNB Consultant. Now I am being threatened by FNB loans department saying I haven't been paying my arrears and I see they have not reduced in amount or neither has my monthly instalments. So now I ask you where has FNB allocated that R50 over my monthly instalments for my two loans over the last 2 years, have the pocketed the money? I want answers! I am not going to go through this S**T again with them. I have called them and the consultants are rude and unhelpful, they don listen. I want to know where that money has been allocated and I hope for FNBs sake they find it or they have been stealing from me. You better hope you find it and allocate to the correct accounts! Disgusted with FNB - My friends and family please stay away from this bank.
Vodacom SA is the worst network. They have been Spam calling me for almost three months non stop, every number I just cancel because I know the number. They have threatened me with lawyers as I missed my payment last month. I went online yesterday to settle the arrears but they send a message with one amount and online is another amount. Now this morning my line has been cut and I can't make use of my cellphone. I received no warning, not via email or sms. I hate Vodacom and I will never go with the network again. I understand that they need their money and my intension was to pay them. They never gave me a chance and cut my line. I have been a oyal customer for two years and I get re-paid like this. Warning to others, never go to Vodacom!!!! ****y service, hate it, never again.
