I bought the adidas x clot in white and I am head over heels (sneakers 🥰) in love. I'm rating 4,5 because I expected quicker delivery but I have been in communication with them constantly and they were helpful and most importantly, they were transparent about the delay. I will definitely be returning for more of my sneaker dose.🥰 Happy customer.
There was a robbery at my house and my laptop and cellphone were stolen.I had a samsung s7 edge cost around R16 000 and HP laptop cost (I forgot how much is the cost). Now when I called they said they will send an assessor and I should get quotes, i waited for a long time I even lost the quotations and had to source new ones. The assessor gave me a form to cost every item i have in the house as this was not done when I took the cover, I said I have most invoices of my items and he said no its not necessary for invoices I should just estimate and give the form as soon as possible so that he can lodge the claim and use that form to update my cover. I did that, there was a lot of stuff that i have accumulated since 2013 and its now around R500 000 that i need to be covered for, when the initial cover was R100 000 a ball park figure suggested at the time, they make it attractive with a cheap premium. Now I call again today to follow up and this lady says to me the claim is around R15000 or R16000 now when they apply the calculation which includes the new estimated cover of R500 000, firstly it shows I am under insured then that causes a lot of adjustments which ultimatly leads to a Claim of +/-R3000 after the excess is subtracted. My issue is that this was not communicated before the claim, Why use the amount after the loss to justify the bull****? the lady says I was suppose to update the claim as I accumulated more things but I am not an insurance expert, why did the Insurance not communicate such? I have been with them since 2013. My question is what kind of phone and laptop am I going to buy for R3000? This is appalling and is the same as being robbed again!!! Standard Bank Insurance should just give my premiums back since 2013 and just take their cover and swallow it, i will find another service provider. I want my money bac**** You mislead people, making us feel secured when you prey on our vulnerabilities, How dare you??????? I am ANGRY and devastated by this!!! I want to warn people about this!!!!!!!!!! Give me my money back. Firstly you take your sweet time to deal with my claim, making it seem as if its getting the utmost attention, then I have to run after you for an outcome only to be told its not even half my goods???? you can go jump, give me my premiums back in full!
