Thank you to ISS- Investigations, after my on going research on who to use, I came across ISS-Investigations. They did not disappoint and and I got what I was looking for. Thank you so much for supplying me with the info I needed.
Do not use this business, bunch of ****mers. Very quick to respond with a quote and invoice for business, BUT you will never receive what you paid for. Everyday I followed up with a simple polite what’s app and was just fed lies after lies. What was promised was a 24/48 hour turn around. We now into week 4 and yet still nothing received. This business has also since stopped taking my calls and replying to my messages.
SAMSUNG EASTGATE..Worst possible service ever!!! sent my S6 in for repairs over a week ago for not charging. I am left having to follow up daily to find out how long it is going to take to be repaired. and to be told continuously that they waiting for parts. When I eventually loose my sense of humor I get the truth, now apparently the LCD screen is cracked, funny it wasn't cracked before it went in, and I must pay as it's no longer under warranty!! I never received a quote or notification, and even when you book your phone in for repairs notes are made on the faults, so where did this cracked screen come from now???? WHY do I have to pay for something that wasn't broken in the first place???? note to self when upgrading avoid SAMSUNG.. or is it just SAMSUNG EASTGATE that is the problem!!!!!
