BAD SERVICE FROM ELECTRO SERVICE
Very bad service from Electro Service. Came about 7 times to repair my fridge and when I paid them and the fridge was giving problems after just 3 days they don't get back to you. Don't use this company. They will keep telling you that they are waiting for parts or that they will come tomorrow but they never do.

Broken promises
Xbox 360 got water damage. They explained to me they don't cover water damadge so I have to pay R2600 and something to replace it. I agreed. They refused to deliver the new xbox at my work so we agreed that they deliver on an Saturday becasue there is no one home during the week. Well it is now 3 Saturdays later and still no Xbox. We've been sitting at home, made no plans at all. My kids even sat at the gate waiting for hours. They had an excuse every Monday about it, but still refused to deliver at my work. So a promise was made to me and I was guaranteed this Saturday it WILL be delivered. I am so angry and my kids so upset, I dont have an answer for them anymore. Thanks Teljoy for breaking my kids hearts over and over again!!!!!
