Though baby soft toilet paper has good marketing an packaging that draws attention, it's actually a very poor unsophisticated product an company. The toilet paper often has defects in every bag. No name brands of pnp an checkers don't have this or cheaper brands. Though it's cost is exorbitant as if the quality is on that standard last year black Friday checkers ran a major special on it an all the rejects an defects where Out the worst possible things u can imagine, toilet paper not cut properly shreds falling out everywhere when rolling off an since nothing much has changed. So brands often advocate to not buy rejects from cheaper vendors but baby soft sells its own rejects or bad or defective batches at a full price. It is shameful unprofessional an ********* to charge a Market price way above the rest an deliver a inferior product because ur name an marketing carries you. Then any customer service department is very attentive an deals with a product query in 2 days baby soft Kimberly-Clark email responds 10days later, unprofessional as well an they loosing alot of buying from the market as u can see most ppl buy the no name brands or dischem 18packs or 1ply because baby soft is an inferior product. The defects are clearly machine error but fix the machines. It's ugly raw cut edges an skew roles, ribbons of paper hanging shreds falling out, there is not one bag without multiple defective rolls.
Poor treatment of elderly. Yesterday I took my sick mother to the bank to complete two transactions of which one was card renewal. After standing in the queue on her behalf while sitting so long to be assisted she did not feel well the teller acknowledged this and asked a manager if they could assist with a new card without her standing in queue. The manager refused including a young male employee. She can either sit sick in the second queue wait her turn or go home. Other institutions like home affairs, hospitals and sassa acknowledges disabled and old people. But this ABSA manager decided for all intent and purposes to hell with you lady you can sit. I wish I knew this employee mother so the day she arrives at our workplaces we can disregard her mother as well. The Ego of this manager was too big. All it required was consideration and foresight. After seeing me help my mother walk... get up and sit down. And yet her approach was she does not give a damn. So the branch manager apologised, why I don't know covering his ass. Because more than his two employees saying go to hell there actions depicted it clearly. They did not care. So his sorry is business procedure. His employees I said to him does not share your perspective. Her approach was not a business best practice but a personal Ego driven decision in her abuse of her power toward the vulnerable of society. Thanks to her my mother had a bad night of leg and back ache. Thank you ABSA manager to your wonderful approach to your work.
Why is woolworths imposing price discrimination as size in clothing increases price of the item increases. It's completely unfair the message that it sends is negative. Why are anorexia nervosa people not punished but eating disorder obese people are. Both medical conditions but where does the message resonate on price difference that the one warrants consequences and the other not. The message of rise by size contributes negatively toward positive body image.
I bought a pair of shoes at truworths in canal walk a while back today I get up and decided to wear it for the first time. Within an hour the shoe had literally come apart it broke. These shoes cost me R700. I'm truly disgusted I have bought cheaper shoes lasting longer. How bad and unethical was quality control process for this item and they still have these shoes on the shelves. Who in the world manufactured these shoes at such a poor quality and standards. Was it even quality assessed who slipped up were. Unless truworths sells disposable or biodegradable shoes for 700 a pop lasting only an hour. I'm very unhappy.
