Alleged waterproofing, painting company
Only clicks on a star as you have. They deserve minus stars. Started a paint job at our complex, without the correct safety files, letter of good standing. Correct PPE. No drop sheets. No masking tape. Although I had requested these. They kept stalling saying it was being done. To date now almost two years later still no safety file. The job had to be stopped due to unsafe practices. They were then told to get the correct paperwork in place which has never happened. We have now been informed they have disappeared. Which is an absolute untruth. They advertise in the homemakers fair monthly. And to my knowledge have been paid a good sum of money. How is this kind of behaviour ethical. They painted all my windows closed. When approached about this is was going to be corrected still waiting. And this is professional as that is how they advertise in homemakers. At one stage they were going to stand on my garden chair to do work which I stopped. They were never under supervision. Nor could one ever get hold of the person that signed the contract. I am more than disgusted. They should not be allowed to continue working.

Painting not
Took on a job at our complex made an impact allright. If I ever need a kennel painted it won't be by them. Paperwork not in order ie safety files letter of good standing. Workers are not trained or given correct PPE to wear. Shoddy workmanship and do not come back to fix. So good they painted all my windows closed. Clearly have no idea where to buy masking tape. Paint on all my windows and attitude promised to come back and fix all. Ha ha still waiting.

Employing contractors
Cannot call them managing agents as they do absolutely nothing. Employed painters at our complex to whom I requested safety files nothing was done by the book and now we are sitting with a complex half painted and still being charged special paint levies. I had warned them more than once what they were doing was not within safety expectations but they went a head without caring. Our building is in a horrendous state and they do not care

Lack of response to queries and lack of interest in ensuring health and safety in place
Impact Coatings is doing a waterproofing, paint job at the complex I live in. I have all but begged Jarrod for safety files relating to the contractors to no avail. He has a don't care attitude. I sent him photos yesterday of workers not wearing safety shoes standing on a ladder with no one holding it. He has not even responded. It's disgusting the no care attitude he puts out.
