Absolutely Brilliant Job!
We had our whole house done, roof, gutters and walls. The whole process from initial discussion and quotation, the survey and the work carried out was carried out with high levels of professionalism, the work was completed on time, with all stages of the process being explained in detail. The finished product has exceeded all our expectations and has received very positive comments from our neighbours. Well done everyone at Impact!

Absolutely Brilliant Job!
We had our whole house done, roof, gutters and walls. The whole process from initial discussion and quotation, the survey and the work carried out was carried out with high levels of professionalism, the work was completed on time, with all stages of the process being explained in detail. The finished product has exceeded all our expectations and has received very positive comments from our neighbours. Well done everyone at Impact!

Alleged waterproofing, painting company
Only clicks on a star as you have. They deserve minus stars. Started a paint job at our complex, without the correct safety files, letter of good standing. Correct PPE. No drop sheets. No masking tape. Although I had requested these. They kept stalling saying it was being done. To date now almost two years later still no safety file. The job had to be stopped due to unsafe practices. They were then told to get the correct paperwork in place which has never happened. We have now been informed they have disappeared. Which is an absolute untruth. They advertise in the homemakers fair monthly. And to my knowledge have been paid a good sum of money. How is this kind of behaviour ethical. They painted all my windows closed. When approached about this is was going to be corrected still waiting. And this is professional as that is how they advertise in homemakers. At one stage they were going to stand on my garden chair to do work which I stopped. They were never under supervision. Nor could one ever get hold of the person that signed the contract. I am more than disgusted. They should not be allowed to continue working.

Painting not
Took on a job at our complex made an impact allright. If I ever need a kennel painted it won't be by them. Paperwork not in order ie safety files letter of good standing. Workers are not trained or given correct PPE to wear. Shoddy workmanship and do not come back to fix. So good they painted all my windows closed. Clearly have no idea where to buy masking tape. Paint on all my windows and attitude promised to come back and fix all. Ha ha still waiting.

Impact Coatings’s - Well dome
I must say, I was very impressed with quality of work, housekeeping onsite, workman’s attitudes and respect. Our complex looks so new and modern. We have had impact come back on two occasions for minor snags and touch ups. Considering a 10 year guarantee, we experience no issues with them returning after 3 weeks went by. The team you have is a great, amazing, well mannered, helpful bunch of people. I would work with them any day and wish they did more than coatings. I need reliability as a property manager. Last year we entered into a contract with impact coating to damp proof and paint our complex. From the start the service was shocking, Jarred failed to produce a safety file but commenced work nonetheless. His crew worked without the necessary safety items, the ladders looked like they came from the ark. There was never a site manager. Not even six months later paint is already pealing off the wall and certain areas where damp proofing was supposedly done has started to go mouldy. I find his unresponsiveness, failure to accept bad workmanship and his non professionalism shocking. I would not recommend any company that Jarred is associated with to anyone!
