I booked a vehicle at Cape Town International for 11am; arrived at 11.20 only to discover that the vehicle was apparently still at the depot. Furthermore the attendants could not give a time. It was urgent as my wife and I had to be at a surprise party on a wine farm. Thankfully after a further 30 minute wait, the supervisor there gave us an upgraded vehicle which I was very grateful for, although sadly we were late.
I bought a gas cooker from Clicks, Broadacres and was happy with the product but struggled to find the stuff needed to connect to gas attachment. Anyway, the next day I returned it to Clicks Cedar Square obviously unused and unopened and they refused to take it back and told me to go to the branch where I originally bought. The service at that branch was perfect.
WARNING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Ordered Final pool chemical in January. Took my money and disappeared.
BE CAREFUL!!! PLACED AN ORDER 5 WEEKS AGO. TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. NO ANSWER ON THE SUPPORT LINE. NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAILS.

I get an SMS from MTN Play at 2am in the morning saying "Y'ello. Thank you for subscribing to Drop a Hot 16 TV at R2.50 a day. First of all I never subscribed and secondly it is alarming to get an SMS at 2am.

I needed to replace the front brake pads on my BMW 520d and shopped around for quotes. The average was around the R3500 mark except for Xpress Brake. They quoted R1530 which included fitting and the sensor and came to my house to do the job. Highly recommended.
I took out a 12 month subscription to the Hello magazine. The first one arrived in February 2018 as arranged, however it was the October 2017 issue. When I complained I got this reply. <p>Got a call from MTN that I have an upgrade due. I wanted to go to a dealer but the lady convinced me to do it there and then and said they will courier a phone to me.<br />That all happened OK and the phone duly arrived.</p> <p>My invoice has now been sent to me (double to what I normally pay) and my package has been changed.</p> <p>Phoned 808 this morning to inquire.</p> <p>The first call centre operator listened to my complaint then asked me to hold on as she needed to speak to the upgrade dept.<br />I listened to music for 5 minutes when a voice came on "Good morning this is MTN, how can I assist?" as if I had just called in.<br />Tried again and the identical happened.</p> <p>It is like a circus.<br />MTN. Please may I speak to your upgrade dept?????</p>
