Years old billing surprise
If I could I would rate with -1 star. 3 years ago I canceled my account back then already I had back and fro arguments about billing as they charged me for services after cancellation. Today I get a call to say I have been handed over because there is a cancellation fee that is outstanding. Why are they try after 3 years to extort money from me…. How do they run a business???? Please fix this mess

Telkom have a terrible accounts department and even worse customer service. I canceled my service over a year ago. After many months of trying to get that sorted the sent me a bill for 4 months while I was trying to get them to cancel my service. Eventually the service was canceled and they agreed to write off the amount outstanding. Heaven forbid it’s been six months and I get a call from the lawyers to say that I have an outstanding account with Telkom, an amount even greater the what was written off the first time. Really this company shocks me every time!!!

Non existent service
I made a purchase online on the 25 November. The package was delivered, but all the items were incorrect. We got in contact with under armour and they said they would resend the courier to collect the package and then sort out our order. We have heard nothing back. R1500 and I got 1 box of underwear. I will never ever purchase from under armour again. The service is non existent, I am so angry

Terrible service
Last year we entered into a contract with impact coating to damp proof and paint our complex. From the start the service was shocking, Jarred failed to produce a safety file but commenced work nonetheless. His crew worked without the necessary safety items, the ladders looked like they came from the ark. There was never a site manager. Not even six months later paint is already pealing off the wall and certain areas where damp proofing was supposedly done has started to go mouldy. I find his unresponsiveness, failure to accept bad workmanship and his non professionalism shocking. I would not recommend any company that Jarred is associated with to anyone!
