Ordered part on Wednesday, received on Friday. At a fraction of what someone local wanted. Works perfectly, although that was not the problem. Will order again if I need and they have
I bought a stove through a sales agent. Was told that it was returned from a restaurant, as they realised that it wasn't for commercial use. Guarantee still intact. I was promised delivery that Friday. The Friday afternoon I was told that the burners had to be replaced, and that I will get delivery the following Friday. That Friday also came and went. When Mohammed arrived on the Saturday, he had to ask my neighbours to help carry stove in. He then said the stove was used as a demo in a cook-off and needed a wipe down. I actually had to scrub it. He also never brought a manual, but explained how to switch the oven on. Which I followed to the letter. The oven didn't work and the technician came to fix the switch, as something internal was broken off. This was on 17 April. I used the oven about 2 to 3 times after that. On Mother's Day, I switched it on and almost immediately smoke came out between the burners and the oven. I spoke to the agent and the technician, but apparently I have to pay for the call out and replacement. They supply the technician with the parts. In a voicenote sent to the agent it's apparently user error. How, I would like to know? Mohammed is not available to his agent and has not answered any questions since the voicenote. Yes, I'm furious,as I have paid good money. So no, I won't recommend this company, as everything is great, till you have a problem.
Please don't fall for these Chinees bulk pallet sales. You get delivery, but it's never worth nearly what you paid. We received a plastic guitar toy, after paying near R400 for a "bulk pallet", as per our invoice. The advert showed people unboxing several item, so it's highly misleading. You can return for refund at your own cost, which won't be near what you paid for shipping in the first place. If you complain and try to warn others on Facebook, they mute you. The customer get dissapointed, the company makes dollars and the shipping company also benifits either way.
Using my last data to write this, as it has been depleted rapidly this month. Took a 5gig day, 5gig night contract for R199p/m with Vodacom in July '17 with the understanding that we can cancel within 14 days. After struggling a few days to find out where I can track my usage, the account stood at R475. Therefore we decided to cancel. Phoned 082111, was referred to ********** . Didn't get his name, but was promised collection of router. Did hear anything till R475 was deducted from our account. Phoned ********** again, sorry, 14 day reversal of contract no longer valid. Referred us to ********** . Spoke to Hope who dropped the call on us. Spoke to Patricia who promised collection and refund of our money. Reference number given. Wait 5-7 working days for collection. Nothing. Phoned again, spoke to Gugu. No record of the reference number. Will get back to us. I've never dealt with a company that made me use so many explosive words. So unfair that it's easy to take out a contract and so hard to get them to honour their agreement.
