Terrible after sale service! i ordered shoes that was too big. i requested a return 30mins after it was delivered. the Collection for return was sceduled for 19 Aug 2019, 27 Aug no one has collected my shoes. i have called Zando twice and their call centre just tells me its on the courier side which is Courier It and thats it..... this is the worst service i have ever had! no one is giving me answers or doing anything about my delivery
i ordered two kiddie track sets from www.dudesgadgets.com that advertises heavily on facebook in July and have still not received my goods. i get no feedback from them and cant find alternate contact details to try and find out what happened to my order
i ordered a server from Homewood, i had to pay a 50% deposit before they would give me any drawings of what the server would look like. then i get a call to say the unit is ready and that i must pay the other 50% before 30 August 10am to ensure delivery the following tuesday. no one informed me that the consultant we dealt with has left the company. on day of delivery i get a call to say there is a problem with the hinges. how do you ask for payment and confirm delivery on a product that is not ready?? i was told a manager will call me and no one has bothered to contact me. completely unprofessional.
