We sell on Take A Lot. For the past few months they have been giving us issues regarding the location of stock for the cancelled orders. They keep providing reports that do not answer the questions we have. They refuse to reimburse orders returned where customers open and assemble the products. The products are returned assembled even though this is also against their policy for returns.
We have a number of printers we bought for business use. The printers started leaking ink. I contacted HP support and they said this was normal for printers to do that. I took the printers to a recommended HP repair center and they said it's not normal for ink to drip. HP did not want to take responsibility at any level. A 14 month old printer had it's printhead failed. They say there's nothing they can do, although the problem with ink was reported and they said nothing could be done.
We purchased a server cabinet from Linkqage in February 2017. There was never any mention of warranties. There is now a problem with the fans. The first time we called they said there is a 1 year warranty and we must bring it in. When we sent it to them they said the warranty is 6 months. This morning they say it's 3 months warranty and it's the customer's responsibility to ask about the warranty.
I went to get my ID and a new Passport done. They were so helpful. It was a Saturday and it felt like any other day of the week. They assist the elderly first, and then help the younger people. Within a week I got sms'es to come and collect my documents. That process was so easy, I was in and out within 2 hours.
R90 for a negative balance when they deducted R400 for my credit card when it's fully paid up. Now they charge R90 for a debit order that caused a negative balance when they took that amount into the credit card. I paid money into the account to settle the account and this morning i wake up with a -R8.22 because of the R90 deduction. So should i be expecting another charge for the current negative balance? This is plain daylight robbery.
